Over the last 30 days, sales in the Clark County market fell to 589. However, the number of pending transactions continued to improve, reaching a total of 943 during the same period. All indications show that the trend may be coming to an end, meaning less pending transactions over the next few weeks. The median sales price rose to $290,000 over the latest reporting period for Clark County, up from $289,900. With only three months of inventory to sell, Clark County is a seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
